After having a closer look at STCP support in erlang I've found that it fails to build in sid. The problem is that names of some structures and definitions in sctp.h have been changed. Examples are SCTP_ADAPTATION_INDICATION, struct sctp_adaptation_event etc. (In fact, all words 'ADAPTION' became 'ADAPTATION'). So, I think we should consult erlang-questions before patching and uploading patched version. (Another problem is that I don't want to loose easy backporting to etch.) -- Sergei Golovan -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? The only reason is that I haven't read changelog carefully and haven't noticed new SCTP support. We'll enable SCTP in the next package version. Bug#436258: erlang-base: sctp support
Package: erlang-base Version: 1:11.b.5dfsg-2 Severity: wishlist I think SCTP support should be enabled in erlang, adding libsctp-dev to Build-Depends should fix that.
