i can't officially use psycopg 1 for tinyerp.
sa does even work with psycopg1, though it prefers psycopg2

FYI: I've removed python-psycopg from Conflicts: in 0.4.0~beta3-1
(currently in experimental). I will not do this in 0.3 series, though
