Could you open a bug at bugzilla.freedesktop.org, product xorg, component Driver/Nvidia (open)? You'll have to attach your xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log there, tell them that you're using nv driver 2.1.5 and Xserver version 1.4, and add that the above commit in 2.1.4 was supposed to make your board work but it does not.
