 I just upgraded Evolution from 2.12.0 and most things are not translated 
 anymore.

 Locale: LANG=es_AR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=es_AR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8)
I confirm the issue with fr_FR.UTF-8, which shows it isn't linked to
translation files.
