I was mailed to buildd admins, two of them removed the bogus build dependency. Two of them is not. On the other hand, vice is an all round Commodore emulator, don't know if it's for s390. Thus I may agree with the one who said it's not for s390, but you decide if you want to re-enable it for s390 or not. The buildd admins didn't remove bogus liblame-dev as build-dependency from buildds. This package is not for s390, remove that as well. This is not an action we appreciate from the point of the release team.
