Yeah. Thanks for letting us know.

Indeed thanks ;)

I suppose Michele will rename this ticket as an ITP any time soon, then
(if he's not too busy packaging the CAS server ;)

Done :)

P.S.: btw, I'm glad they included a fix of mine in this new release too,
which adds another redirect, helping package some applications using
 relative URLs ;-)

Absolutely, that fix was fairly crucial to my nagios/cas integration.
Thanks for that.

regards,
Michele

ps. Olivier, I committed most of the changes on svn. I'd appreciate if
you could give it a look
whenever you got some time.

I'll try my best to review it, but I have lots on my TODO and backlog at
the moment... don't hesitate to shout in case I forget about it ;)

Oh, btw, I added you as owner of the ITP ;)

FYI upstream authors seem OK for a license exception allowing link with OpenSSL

It seems we're close from a situation where an ITP could be filed.

Hi.

I noticed a dependency on OpenSSL (libssl-dev) on this package which is
about a GPL V3 program.

Isn't this a problematic license conflict for an official Debian
package ?

Apart from that, I'm evaluating the package at the present time and will
report any other problems / patches found.

Best regards,
