Bug#477626: owl: should this package be orphaned or removed?
Barry deFreese [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: Package: owl Version: 2.1.8-2.1 Severity: normal User: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Usertags: proposed-orphan Dear Maintainer, While reviewing some packages, your package came up as a package that should maybe be orphaned by its maintainer, because: * Out of date * Buggy (1 RC bug) Which is gcc4.3-autobuilder specific, apparently, and only showed up in the last week. * Last maintainer upload 2004 (NMU in 2005). * Low popcon. (~16 installed). I know of more users than that personally :-) but they're downstream (ubuntu, debathena, etc.) If you think that it should be removed from Debian instead of being orphaned, please reply to this bug and tell so. If you disagree and want to continue to maintain this package, please close this bug and do an upload also fixing the other issues. Also, you can study the possibility of taking co-maintainers. I'll just close this as part of the next upload (that closes the gcc4.3 problem.) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
