Package: libgtk2-trayicon-perl Version: 0.04-1 The 0.04 version doesn't support panel transparency. This has been fixed in the 0.06 version for a long time. Note that I've already made an upgraded package for ubuntu : http://packages.ubuntu.com/source/hardy/libgtk2-trayicon-perl
