A few bugs remains to be solved by upstream before we can consider the
new 1.2 branch in Debian.  Thanks to the magnificient help from Arnaud
Renevier, they should be solved pretty soon. :)

Justification: iceweasel says it is incompatible

When starting iceweasel 3.0 with torbutton installed, iceweasel says
that it is incompatible and disables it. I think you will need to
upgrade it to 1.2.0rc1 in Debian.
