Bug#490084: ITP: gmusicbrowser -- jukebox for large collection of mp3/ogg/flac/mpc files

2009-02-01 Thread Antonio Radici

retitle 490084 ITP: gmusicbrowser -- jukebox for large collection of
mp3/ogg/flac/mpc files
owner 490084 !
thanks

Taking the ownership of this RFP, it will be better if the package is using
autotools to manage
it dependencies, I'll drop a mail to the upstream.

Cheers
Antonio

Actually the packaging process went fine even without
autotools or Makefile.PL :-)

It's on mentors.debian.net ready for upload, I'm waiting
on a sponsor to review the package and upload it.

Cheers

Bug#490084:

2009-01-27 Thread Weboide
Hey Quentin,
Any news on packaging it for Debian?
I recently packaged two versions for Ubuntu (1.0-0ubuntu1 and
1.0.1-0ubuntu1) . I'd like to package it for Debian if you're no longer
interested.

Regards.

Hi,
You're welcome to package it for debian. Don't hesitate to contact me if
you have any problem/question.
I'm not sure how the debian bug system works, so let me know if I have
to do something to reassign the bug to you.
And thanks a lot for packaging it for ubuntu.

Quentin

Hey,
Thanks for your approval. I will start working on it soon.
And you don't have to do anything about this bug, I just reassigned the
bug to me as owner.

I'm changing this bug into a RFP, if that's ok with you Quentin.

I found out that it's too much work (and I don't have that much time) to
upload it into Debian compared to Ubuntu. But for those who wish to
maintain it, I can provide some support.
I already packaged it for Ubuntu:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gmusicbrowser

Thanks.
