 Package: vlock
 Version: 2.2.2-3
 Severity: normal

When the user using vlock -n is not root the error message vlock:
loading plugin 'new' failed: Permission denied is given.
vlock -n requires your user to be in the vlock group (as mentioned in
README.Debian) as creating a new console and switchting to it may be a
harmful action.
