I see.
RSS v0.9 and v0.91 are moveing to RSS advisorry board. DTD url was
changed at that time and old url is alread gone at Aug 2008 (perhaps..
currently can not access the old url anymore)
libxml-rss-perl-1.33/lib/XML/RSS/Private/Output/V0_91.pm only
contains old URL and it is invalid. So, RSS v0.91 support is broken
without DTD url update.
If I understand you correctly, you mean to say that this Document
Type Definition;
!DOCTYPE rss PUBLIC -//Netscape Communications//DTD RSS 0.91//EN\n
is no longer going to be hosted at Netscape but rather at the new
advisory board and therefor the debian package needs to be updated to
reflect these changes?
I see that there is a new version of the upstream source, but it too
has the old Netscape URLs;

I will forward this bug to RT to inform upstream about the problem.
