The tarball does not exist!
This is not a bug. default is a theme inside /etc/splashy/themes
(symlink to /usr/share/splashy/themes) and this comes with Splashy.
All you need to do is set the theme. -i means install as take a
new tarball and install a new theme.
$ splashy_config --help
