Maybe, or maybe it's the same as Debian bug 509235.

People who are experiencing this bug (509018), try installing
libcurl3-gnutls and see if that fixes it.  It appears that
flashplugin-nonfree might actually depend on that library although it
doesn't say it does.

While a native x86_64 FlashPlayer is certainly a welcome addition to
the experimental repository, one has to wonder whether such
alpha-level software is really appropriate in sid.
