I've scheduled an automatic rebuild of libspectre1, it should be
available on your mirrors soon.

Apparently not, and it has been relaxed in the ghostscript 8.63 packages.

As it's uninstalled together with evince due to tight dependecy:

  Depends: libgs8 (>= 8.62.dfsg.1), libgs8 (<= 8.63.dfsg.1)

By the way.  Is that tight dependency really needed?
