Thanks for the offer. I made my last upload to debian-mentors in
September[1], as you know[2]. There isn't much to do to get 0.3 done,
but if you could finish it off, I would be grateful, as I have plenty
else to do, and my free time seems to be close to nil recently.

Please keep me in uploaders.

Getting ocropus 0.4 uploaded will be more work, as iulib will have to
be updated to 0.4 first. The tarball will also have to be built from
Mercurial, as recent releases have not included a tarball.
