updating postgresql today with

sudo aptitude safe-upgrade

the following was shown.

ImportError: No module named lsb_release

Please submit this as a bug report to your distribution.

I am tagging it as important, because an ImportError should not be
displayed when updating a package, because it confused or scares the
user. ;-)
