Oh yeah right. I forgot to enable it again in my xorg.conf, but this
will result in a not working keyboard etc at all..

Anyway yeah I also wondered about the loaded hid_* modules

Hi Patrick,

this is a Xorg.0.log where hal has been disabled, i.e. it is not very useful
Could you try with a pristine xorg.conf as generated by "dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xorg).
I also find the list of loaded hid modules suspect

That really sounds more like a udev or kernel related bug, as they trigger the
module loading. Please try to investigate this further.

I also notices now, that all my snd_ and wireless lan (b43) modules are
not loaded on boot time..
I am on it to get the requested informations.
