The currently distributed version of jhbuild has modulesets up to gnome-2.18 
and fails to supposrt protocols such as hg and mtn used innewer modulesets. 
Current jhbuild on the other hand has modulesets up to gnome-2.28 and supports 
these newer protocols required for some projects.
