There is a bug in which windows are shown on top. It is possibly related to me having a dual-monitor setup. To reproduce: -Start firefox -Start gnome terminal x2 -move the gnome terminals so there are one on each monitor, Iceweasel is on monitor 1. -Advanced->Fullscreen the gnome terminal on monitor 2 -Advanced->Fullscreen the gnome terminal on monitor 1 -ALT-F3 unfulscreen the terminal on monitor 1 -Try to bring iceweasel in front of the terminal on monitor 1.
