Hi.

You need libglade2-dev, libgnome-desktop-dev, libnotify-dev, 
libnm-glib-dev, intltool.

ltmain.sh should be refreshed by running libtoolize --install, the version 
included in the upstream source does not work

But: This version is marked as "unstable" from upstream _and_ after 
testing, I find it vastly inferior to the current version 0.150.

There is a new version of tsclient (2.0.1) available from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=192483

Fedora is using this version, so bumping to it is not unprecedented.
