Actually, it report that sysvconfig and sysvinit-utils conflict with
each other, and this is correct.  The reason is that both packages
provide the service program.

I suspect the wanted way to handle this is for sysvconfig to drop the
service program, as it is now part of the default installation.
Because of this, I reassign this to the sysvconfig package.  The
chkconfig package should do the same, I suspect.
