I just found the reason for this bug: It's not debootstrap that's
failing, it's the yes getting a SIGPIPE. Because pipefail is set in
fai_init, the SIGPIPE'D yes causes the exit status being set to 141.

I'm just wondering why Michael Prokop can't reproduce it with his
version of fai 3.2.20, as I can reproduce it always.
