Package: bugs.debian.org Severity: wishlist Hello,
searching for solution of problems search engines often returns mailinglist archives before our http://bugs.debian.org/ BTS when there is a reported bug. For expample: http://www.google.com/search?q=debirf+random returns three mailinglist archives on the first page but not our BTS directly. People don't know that the best way would be to append the bug number directly after http://bugs.debian.org/ to find all information and maybe solutions. IMHO it would be very helpful if the BTS URL e.g. http://bugs.debian.org/123456 of a mail would be added to the report (at the end?) like the bug number is added to the subject. I hope the idea is clear and not confusing.;) Regards Noèl -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
