You need to bump the version in install.rdf build than test.
Normally a patch is cleaner than bumping version in
install.rdf but i do both. Ubuntu's version of scrapbook has
the bumped *.rdf but i dont recall if we included 3.6 in that.

Especially considering iceweasel 3.5 will hit unstable in a couple
weeks.
