Java and media player plugins seem to work fine now with the latest webkit release (but about:plugins method isn't back yet, please submit a separate report for this one). Closing this bug report. It's a gecko feature, but it is also a regression in epiphany. It did always use to work. (If you like, there are two things here then. First, plugins should work at all--that's the important bug. And second, there is a normal priority bug, that about:plugins doesn't work, and there is no other way to get the same information.)
