I can reliably reproduce it with a build from the upstream gnome-2-28 branch
(which is almost equal to 2.28.1), but it doesn't happen with a build from git
master.

Since 2.30 will be released at the end of this month and that's what we will
ship in Squeeze, I don't think further investigation on this bug is worth it. It
will be fixed when we upload devhelp 2.30 this month.

Indeed. I couldn't reproduce it because I clicked on the text. I've just
reproduced it at the first try clicking on the arrow.

I'll try to reproduce with a git master build and forward it upstream.

This bug didn't go away after all, there was just a detail I didn't
notice before:

Clicking on the expanders triggers the bug, but clicking on the text
next to them doesn't.

So I'll resume my investigations when I've got more time. It doesn't
look as if the debian patches touch anything that could cause this so
I'll probably report this upstream too; it doesn't look as if anyone has
already.
