Hi Michael,

I'm interested in update libgoogle-collections-java to 1.0.
Also libguava-java (a library that supercedes google-collections)
depends on libjsr305-java.

So I was wondering if I could take care of ITP. This package
is trivial, maybe you are busy and you couldn't complete
this. Anyway, I'm offering to package this and if you are
interested in maintaining this I can add you as Uploader.

Let me know what you think.
Regards,
