Same messages as above are displayed and the certificates list is not there anymore. You just confirm that Evolution doesn't have the root CA by default. I'm not sure from where it takes that list, though, I'll do some searches when I have time (I'd expect it to use the /etc/ssl/certs ones but it obviously doesn't). Is the CA root certificate visible in Evolution certificate store? In Edit/Preferences/Certificates/Authorities none were listed. I've added the ones I need and it solved the problem.
