I would have thought (without checking at all) that the debian packaging rules would suggest: /use/share/php/kolab-webadmin/ ie. named after the package which those files are part of. Perhaps /usr/share/kolab-webadmin is better as those files are not all php files (there are also smarty templates and locales). I'm tagging this bug as minor (this can also be wishlist). Having a patch would help (patching dist_conf/debian and some debian/* files ; then testing). Can you provide a patch?
