Running cupt results in the following warning:

$ cupt version
W: attempt to set wrong option 'DSelect::Clean'
cupt: 1.5.1
libcupt-perl: 1.5.1
$ cat /etc/apt/apt.conf
DSelect::Clean "always";
$

This option is valid and documented in apt.conf(5). Please do not warn
about it.

Thanks for reporting it, I just committed the fix to the master branch of Cupt.
