Abiword is quite important for light weight systems and I've been fixing important and above bugs for release lately. Let me know if this bug is already been worked on or if it's okay to NMU the package. In the NMU I'd also like to upgrade it to latest version 2.8.4 at the same time to get latest into the Debian.
