Or just manually/explicitly install the latest version in flibblkid in
testing.

This is a screw up in dependency; unfortunately we're blocked behind
util-linux.  I thought it was going to clear unstable yesterday, but
then someone uplodaed a NMU, and that pushed out the blockage.
Mercifully they uploaded it with priority high, so hopefully another
two days...   *sigh*.

libblkid1 is up to date on my system. It seems a dependency was wrong in the 
latest e2fsprogs package installed.
