Yes, that's exactly what I meant.

Just to clarify, if bugs N was first reported against package A and
then get reassigned to package B, than reportbug -N N + x will lead
reportbug to query information for package A instead of package B.

That's because we use the information in the report body, where
package A is mentioned. We will fix it when we'll move to SOAP bts
querying.

Using `reportbug -N nnn` and then pressing `x` to provide additional
information, reportbug ignores bug reassignments and then queries
information about the package which the bug was initially reported
against instead of the one it currently applies to.
