Bug#592444: network-manager 0.8.1-2 works using ppp 2.4.5

Found a solution in the German Debian forum:

network-manager  0.8.0.999 seem to require ppp 2.4.5 (which is in
Debian Sid) to work with the Huawei-Modems.

I installed 2.4.5-4 (which has no problematic dependencies) and it
worked again.

I guess we need to add a Breaks: ppp ( 2.4.5) to avoid such partial upgrades.
