I am working on updating the whole translation and fix the bug, though my time is limited and may take a long time to make it come true from now on. -- Regards, Aron Xu -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Thanks. Please do not worry about build script. Just use UTF-8 with po4a. I will sort out build script issue. This build script is messy. addendum files are in GBK or latin1 or eucjp (or my next improved build script should conver to it.) Bug#593663: maint-guide: Chinese version of maint-guide is out of date
Package: maint-guide Severity: normal Forward from Launchpad #594835 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/maint-guide/+bug/594835 , originally reported by fract...@gmail.com. According to the English version, http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/ch-start.en.html , we can see such text: gfortran - the GNU Fortran 95 compiler, necessary if your program is written in Fortran. (see gfortran(1)) , but in the Chinese version , http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/ch-start.zh-cn.html, it says: g77 - GNU Fortran 77语言编译器,如果你的程序是用Fortran语言编 写的就需 要它了。(参考g77(1)) Translate above into English ,that is : g77 - the GNU Fortran 77 compiler, necessary if your program is written in Fortran. (see g77(1)) . I think the Chinese version is out of date ,because there is no longer g77 command nor g77 package in Ubuntu repository now. I want to help to fix the issue, but i don't know where to commit. If possible, please fix this ,also in the Traditional Chinese version in http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/ch-start.zh-tw.html. Just replace g77 to gfortran and GNU Fortran 77 to GNU Fortran 95 as below: In the Simply Chinese vesion ,http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/ch-start.zh-cn.html: g77 - GNU Fortran 77语言编译器,如果你的程序是用Fortran语言编 写的就需 要它了。(参考g77(1)) -- gfortran - GNU Fortran 95语言编译器,如果你的程序是用Fortran语言编 写 的就需要它了。(参考gfortran(1)) In the Traditional Chinese version, http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/ch-start.zh-cn.html: g77 - GNU Fortran 77Z言g器,如果你的程式是用FortranZ言 的就需 要它了。(⒖g77(1)) -- gfortran - GNU Fortran 95Z言g器,如果你的程式是用FortranZ言 的就需要它了。(⒖gfortran(1)) -- Regards, Aron Xu signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature
