Bug#595741: gettext: Do not recommend transitional package lynx any longer
Package: gettext Version: 0.17-4 Severity: minor The package 'gettext' suggests to install curl, wget or lynx. The old lynx/lynx-ssl packages have evolved to lynx-cur and lynx became a transitional package. I fully agree, packages should not recommend transitional dummy packages. In fact, I disagree that this is a minor bug. It should be normal at least. In either case, I'll try to update this for squeeze, as it's a single line in the control file and it's not a risky change. Thanks a lot for the report! -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
