After contacting him, LizardKing has allowed his song Claustrophobia to be used under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license, which in turn allows Ambick to redistribute his version, we now just have to fix the attribution. Ambick confirms he has used Claustrophobia, and without intending any harm, mistakenly published it under his own name (possibly with some minor modifications).
