I am currently too busy to take care abour this the next two weeks.

Quassel*kde4 apparantly hardcodes Depends: kdebase-runtime kdelibs5

Please stop doing that and rely on dpkg-shlibdeps instead.

kdelibs5 will very soon be removed from the archive.
