confirmed. This is an regression in stable over planet 2.0 from lenny
that bit me in “production”.

Bug#630635: hardcodes log_level

The patch command-improvement.patch appears to harcode WARNING as the 
value of log_level, which is a real pain on a production machine like 
this one.  (Apparently, the problem persists in sid.)
