Bug#639297: [Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#639297: xfdesktop4: No desktop icon with USB device
debian-6.0.2.1-i386-netinst.iso was put on a USB stick as described.
The output of udisks --show-info /dev/sdh1 is below and has 0x17 as the
partition type and 'presentation hide: 1'.

Package: xfdesktop4 Severity: normal I am unsure whether this is an xfce4.8 bug and, if not, which package is responsible. Please reassign if necessary. My installation is an up-to-date Sid. Inserted USB sticks produce a desktop icon - with one exception. A USB stick which holds a hybrid iso (cat mini.iso > /dev/sdX, say) fails to show such an icon.
