NEWS.Debian is meant to be for incompatibilities, warnings about serious
bugs, and the like - the sorts of things that debconf notes were
previously misused for.  Movements of source code from one revision
control system to another are of course very relevant to piuparts
developers, but they don't need to be called out in NEWS.Debian.
Imagine if every package on your system did this - apt-listchanges'
news-only mode would be useless!

Please remove this entry.  The note in the changelog is enough.
