The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 sbuild-build-depends-polyorb-dummy : Depends: gnat but it is not going to be 
installed
E: Broken packages

The real issue is that the package build-depends on both gnat and gnat-4.4.

The current sid version of the gnat package depend on gnat-4.6 which conflicts 
with gnat-4.4 so it is impossible to satisfy the build-depends in sid.
Squeeze is not affected as gnat depends on gnat-4.4 there.
Currently the situation in wheezy is the same as squeeze but I would expect 
that to change before release so this bug is relavent for wheezy

I tried removing gnat-4.4 from build-dependencies and changing debian-rules to 
specify gnat 4.6 rather than 4.4 but when I did I got the following error

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 50 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, using a clean chroot.  Internet was not
accessible from the build systems.
