The bug is old, so could you please try with a recent version of KDE (4.8.4 in 
testing/sid) ? Otherwise I will close the bug, as I could not reproduce it with 
such version.

Greetings,

the text that is displayed for any given feed sometimes fails to
scroll correctly. Oddly, indeed, when scrolling with mouse wheel, with
PgUp/PgDown or with the scrollbar, only two or three lines at the top
of the reader and at the bottom are scrolling (but messed-up, in
fact).

While at launch the text scrolls fine, at some time is ceases doing so
and nothing will put it back on track.
