/sys/fs/cgroup is the cannonical location to mount cgroups on as decided
by upstream and implemented other distributions (just debian lacks
behind, see #601757).

having said above, this is entirely unrelated to lxc. those other
applications need to be updated then, nothing that lxc can do about
that, reassigning to ulatencyd.

In README.Debian, you pre-require cgroup to be mounted. Doing a manual
mount breaks other applications (like ulatencyd).

another view on cgroup mounts

Currently, I cannot have both ulatencyd and lxc together.

lxc suggests no packages.
