It is a problem that I already found and that I thought to have fixed, but probably I were wrong. I think the error is due to mathpiper, but I'll investigate better. The bug caused FTBFS source in the uploaded version, but I suspect geogebra was built with a git checkout. In this case, it is very likely that jh_build may have silently discarded the contents of the manifest (notably the classpath).
