Dear Maintainer,
nsgmls command has an error when debulid po4a package.
$ apt-get source po4a
$ cd po4a-0.41
$ debuild -rfakeroot -us -uc

I think it's nsgmls command's error.
Because below command has also same error.
$ pwd
/home/kiwamu/deb/00tmp/po4a-0.41
$ nsgmls -p t/data-20/test2.sgml
