Package: ckermit Version: 211-15 Severity: normal
Typing "apt-cache show ckermit" shows this line: Homepage: http://www.kermit-project.org That website is just a placeholder and may at any time be replaced with something more sinister. Maybe http://www.kermitproject.org/ is the correct address? The reason for setting this at 'normal' instead of 'minor' is that someone in theory might want to buy that address and fill it with malware targeted to debian users. This is true with all web links, but much more likely with a placeholder site. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.4 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
