Bug#671471: pulseaudio: /usr/share/alsa/pulse-alsa.conf may be old or corrupted
severity 671471 grave thanks I don't know who's bug/issue it is (it might be alsa bug after all), but it is definitely not just important: it breaks all audio on the system, after pulseaudio update no application produces sound anymore - vlc, xine, mplayer, alsa tools, qemu, and (proprietary) flash plugin - in addition to being completely silent - also plays video (eg youtube) at about double framerate (ie, two times faster than normal). That's breaking other applications, hence the severity. Thanks, /mjt -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble?
