Package: glabels Version: 3.0.0-3 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? When attempting to print, the print job is queued in cups and showing the status "rendering completed". It is lasting forever, never ends. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Make a CD label image, choose Epson PM-G850 printer and press "print" button. Printing from other applications, iseweasel or libreoffice, seems no problems. I changed the driver to printer-driver-escpr from printer-driver-gutenprint, cups shows different message "/usr/lib/cups/filetr/gstoraster failed". * What was the outcome of this action? It couldn't print anything. * What outcome did you expect instead? Print the image on a CD media. * additional information ghostscript* 9.05~dfsg-6 cups* 1.5.2-5 printer-driver Epson PM G850 - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.7 This local printer connects to network printer ipp://printer:631/printers/EPSON_PM-G850 -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.1.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ja_JP.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages glabels depends on: ii glabels-data 3.0.0-3 ii libc6 2.13-32 ii libcairo2 1.12.2-1 ii libebook-1.2-12 3.2.2-3 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.26.1-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.32.2-1 ii libgtk-3-0 3.4.2-1 ii libiec16022-0 0.2.4-1 ii libpango1.0-0 1.30.0-1 ii libqrencode3 3.3.0-2 ii librsvg2-2 2.36.1-1 ii libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-9 Versions of packages glabels recommends: ii evince 3.4.0-2 Versions of packages glabels suggests: ii evolution-data-server 3.2.2-3 -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
